Orders for items in stock will ship within 7 business days. However, please allow up to 2 weeks delivery time for online purchased item(s). The delivery time depends on availability as well as production time for custom-made items. Orders within the United States will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate unless an expedited shipping method is requested. We are able to ship internationally via FedEx for $50. All orders ship from the US. Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, and these charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.
You are entitled to return or exchange any product ordered via the ASHLEYASHOFF.com website within 7 business days of receiving the order for online store credit. Item(s) must be returned in new condition. However, exchanges and returns will be subject to shipping charges. Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned or exchanged items. For all items received as gifts, an exchange may be made for an item of equal or greater value.
We have made making a return or exchange very easy.
1. In order to make a return/exchange, first sign into your account
2. Click on RMA
3. Click Request New RMA
4. Fill out the required fields within the Request Information page
5. Check the box to agree with our Return Policy
6. Click Submit Request
7. You will then receive an e-mail containing your RMA Number
Please note that online store credit does not expire, and we do not assess any service fees for non-use. You must receive an RMA Number and approval before returning any item(s). All packages will be refused if an approved RMA Number is not on the box.
Please mail returned item(s) to the following address using a shipping method that provides tracking. We recommend using FedEx Ground when shipping returned item(s). We are not accountable for any lost or stolen return packages.
